The Torquey Stroker Cathedral Port camshaft is designed for street performance in cars using 383 & 402-418 cubic inch LS engines equipped with cathedral port, LS1 style heads. The Torquey Stroker will have a lopey idle and strong power throughout the RPM range. This camshaft is designed for the enthusiast who wants strong mid-range power and torque and does not mind a little lope to the idle. This camshaft will perform best with intake or exhaust modifications for increased flow. Headers, high flow exhaust, intake system upgrades, increased stall speed torque converter and increased rear axle ratios are recommended.
