NOTE: This camshaft is designed to be used with the VVT feature deleted from the engine. This means that the VVT phaser will NOT BE USED. Instead a single bolt Gen 4 LS camshaft timing gear will be used along with a special front timing cover and our special bolt camshaft timing gear bolt.
The Gen 5 LT/Max 232/250 Supercharger Deleted VVT Camshaft is designed for max effort supercharged stock bottom end or built 6.2 liter LS engines. The Gen 5 LT/Max 232/250 Supercharger Deleted VVT Cam will have a defined lope to the idle and strong upper midrange to upper RPM power. This camshaft requires a vehicle equipped with headers, high flow exhaust and increased stall speed torque converter, high flow intake systems and increased rear axle ratios.
If you are building a max effort stock bottom end or built 6.2 liter Supercharged Gen 5 LT, this camshaft is a great choice.
