Shipping & Returns

Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of sale, returns initiated after the cancellation period has expired must be approved by Cam Motion. All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return please contact us by email (returns@cammotion.com) or phone (1-225-926-6110) for a return merchandise authorization (RMA).  Any returns must be accompanied by an RMA. All return credits are subject to the inspection of the returned merchandise by Cam Motion before a credit is issued. Items found to be an incorrect part number, defective, or damaged during shipping by Cam Motion will be replaced at no cost to the customer. The return shipping service can be either UPS or FedEx, the shipping costs for the return will be paid by Cam Motion only if the product is found to be: defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect part number - shipping costs for returning a part for any other reason will be the responsibility of the customer. Anything other than replacement with the same part number must be approved in advance. Returns due to an incorrect order by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Make sure your custom grind camshaft orders are specified properly and without error as custom grind camshafts may not be returned.  Custom ordered parts are not returnable for refund or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the parts are correct before installation. Parts damaged during improper installation are nonrefundable, and Cam Motion assumes no liability for any costs incurred by the use of incorrect or defective parts. Exceptions to this return policy must be negotiated and approved by Cam Motion in advance.

Refunds:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).  

Shipping:

Shipping to the continental US will be with either FedEx or UPS. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
